Finding Us For Sat Nav. users our postcode is SA43 2QA, please also look at the below directions as Sat Navs can be unreliable in our area! From London and the South London to Hammet House takes about 4 hours. Drive to the end of the M4, then take the A48 to Carmarthen. Turn right at the roundabout, onto the A40 towards Llandeilo to bypass Carmarthen. Follow this for 1 mile and then turn left onto A484 signposted to Cardigan. Pass Carmarthen hospital, turn right at mini roundabout and continue on A484 for 23 miles through Newcastle Emlyn (7 miles to go) and Cenarth, (3 miles) until reaching Llechryd. In the village of Llechryd, just before the road bends to the right up the hill, turn left over the old stone bridge, signposted to Cilgerran Castle. Cross the River Teifi then immediately after the bridge you will see on your right the gates and lodge of Hammet House. Straight down the drive, bear left at the cottages and Hammet House reveals itself. From Aberystwyth and the North From Aberystwyth take the A487 and at the Cardigan roundabout turn left towards Newcastle Emlyn and Carmarthen on the A484. Drive 3 miles, climbing a long hill and descending again. Pass through Llechryd village and at the bottom of the hill, as the road bears left, turn right over the stone bridge signposted Cilgerran Castle, and immediately after turn right into the Hammet House driveway. Straight down the drive, bear left at the cottages and Hammet House reveals itself.
